The Microsoft Store version is recommended: it updates itself.
Other builds are on the GitHub Releases page:
Pdf.Redaction.Studio-Setup.exe: installer with Start Menu shortcuts. It doesn't update itself.Pdf.Redaction.Studio-win32-x64.zip: portable, no installation. Unzip it and runPdf Redaction Studio.exe. The portable build doesn't add the "Redact PDF" right-click item.

Pdf.Redaction.Studio.dmg: open it and drag Pdf Redaction Studio to Applications.Pdf.Redaction.Studio-darwin-arm64.zip: unzip and movePdf Redaction Studio.appwhere you like.
Allow the app in Gatekeeper
The app isn't notarized by Apple yet. The first time you open it, macOS may say it "can't be opened" or "is damaged". Run this once in Terminal, then open the app as usual:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Pdf Redaction Studio.app"Change the path if you put the app elsewhere. Alternatively, try to open the app once, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Linux
Install from the Snap Store on any distribution with Snap support:
sudo snap install pdf-redaction-studioNo Snap yet? Follow the Snap installation guide. A .deb package and a portable .zip are on the GitHub Releases page. The .deb registers the app as a PDF handler, so it appears in Open With.
Start the app from your application menu, or run pdf-redaction-studio.
